Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
Brown Sugar – 1 cup
Flour – 1 1/2 cups
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 cup
Juice of 1 Lemon
Lemon Rind – 1/4 cup, grated
Cashewnuts – 1/4 cup
Almonds – 1/4 cup
Glace Cherries – 1/8 cup
Glace Pineapple – 1/8 cup
Raisins – 1/4 cup
Currants – 1/4 cup
Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
Cloves – 1/4 tsp
Walnuts – 1/4 tsp
Dates – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Cream the butter and sugar till light and flutty.
2. Add the lightly beaten eggs and beat well.
3. Sieve the flour, baking powder, spice powder together.
4. Combine the nuts, cherries, raisins, rind, dates, etc.
5. Roll them in 1 tbsp flour.
6. Mix flour mixture gradually into the creamed mixture.
7. Add lemon juice.
8. Fold in the 3/4 part fruits.
9. Put into greased and floured cake tin.
10. Sprinkle rest of the fruits and bake till done.
