Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Pakorie – 2 cups, made with moong dal or urad dal
Bhujia – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder as per taste
Chaat Masala as per taste

Method:
1. Arrange all the ingredients on a plate.
2. Add the spices as per taste.
3. Serve as a chaat.
