Shakarkand Chaat

Ingredients:
Shakarkand (sweet potatoes) – 3, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
Ghee -2 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 3/4 tsp
Rock salt as per taste
Green Chilli Paste – 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Coriander- 1 tbsp, chopped

Method:
1. Heat the ghee.
2. Add the Shakarkand and chilli paste.
3. Stir fry for two minutes.
4. Add the jeera powder, salt and pepper.
5. Cook on a low flame until the Shakarkand becomes tender.
6. Add the lemon juice and sugar.
7. Mix well.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve.
