Bread Boondi Chaat Recipe

Kara Boondi

Potatoes – 4, boiled, mashed
Kara Boondi – 1 cup
Cheese – 1 tblsp, grated
Butter – 2 tblsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 3/4 tsp
Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Bread Slices – 6
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, finely chopped + extra for garnish
Green Chillies – 1 tblsp, finely chopped

1. Combine the cheese, butter, salt, pepper powder, coriander leaves, green chillies and potatoes in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Toast the bread slices on both sides until crisp.
4. Add 1 or 2 tblsp of the potato mixture to each bread slice.
5. Garnish each slice with kara boondi, chaat masala powder, black salt and coriander leaves.
6. Serve at once.
