Golden Soup is my go-to recipe when I want something quick yet impressive. I discovered this recipe during a cold winter evening when I needed to make dinner with basic pantry ingredients. The natural sweetness of carrots pairs beautifully with tangy tomatoes, while the slow-cooked onions add depth. The best part? It’s super easy to make and uses just a handful of ingredients you probably already have.

The pressure cooker speeds things up, and the ingredients are basic yet create something special. The final cream swirl not only looks pretty but adds a lovely richness. It’s budget-friendly too, making it perfect for family meals or when you’re cooking for a crowd.
