  • 500 gms Lamb
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • Coconut Milk (1/4 cup thick + 1 1/2 cups thin)
  • 2 inch Cinnamon
  • 6 Cloves
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • 3/4 tbsp Black Peppercorns (powdered + 5 whole)
  • 1/4 cup Onions (sliced)
  • 3 Green Chillies (slit lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Maida
  • Curry Leaves (few)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
