Gongura Leaves – 2 handfuls, washed
Garlic Cloves – 4
Dry Red Chilli – 2
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, chopped
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute the gongura leaves for a minute or two.
3. Add the ginger, garlic and stir for another minute.
4. Add salt and dry red chilli.
5. Remove and grind to a thick paste.
6. Serve with idli, dosa or rice.
