Gongura Annam


Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Oil – 1 tblsp
Onion – 1, finely sliced
Gongura Pachadi
Salt as per taste
White Sesame Seeds – 2 tblsp, roasted and powdered coarsely

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the onion and fry over moderate heat for 4 to 5 minutes, till golden.
3. Add the cooked rice, gongura pachadi and salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
6. Serve at once.
