Rava Thattai
Ingredients:
Rava – 1 cup
Maida – 2 tsp
Ajwain (Omam) – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tblsp
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mix ghee and salt into a paste.
2. Add rava, maida and ajwain.
3. Add water and mix to a thick dough.
4. Make small balls and flatten them into small thattai’s.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry these thattai’s till golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove, drain excess oil and store.
