Ingredients:
Dry Fruits – 1/2 cup (cashewnuts, badam and raisins together)
Tutty Fruity – little
Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Ginger – a small piece, finely chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped
Green Chillies – 1, chopped
Onion – 1, big, finely sliced
Cinnamon – 1
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 1
Coriander Leaves – small handful, chopped
Ghee as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat a pressure pan over medium flame.
2. Pour the coconut milk with 1/2 cup of water.
3. Add the basmati rice and cover with a lid.
4. Cook till 1 whistle and remove.
5. Heat a pan over medium flame.
6. Add 1 tsp of ghee and fry the cashewnuts and badam.
7. Switch off the flame and add the raisins.
8. Fry for 20 to 30 seconds and remove.
9. In a separate pan, add a little ghee.
10. Fry the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom for 30 seconds.
11. Add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
12. Add the onions, fried cashews, badam and raisins.
13. Stir well and add the tutty fruity.
14. Add a little salt and stir to mix well.
15. Add this on top the cooked rice and mix well.
16. Garnish with coriander leaves.
17. Serve hot.
