Baby Corn Jalapeno Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups, cooked
Baby Corn – 1 cup
Olives – 4 or 5
Jalapeno – 1/4 cup
Capscium – 1 cup each of Yellow, Red and Green varieties
Bay Leaf – 2
Elaichi – 2
Cloves – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 to 4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Onion – 1 cup

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add bay leaf, elaichi and cloves.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add onions and fry for another 45 seconds.
5. Add baby corn and add jalapeno.
6. Fry for a minute or two.
7. Add the three coloured capsicums and let it cook for a  while.
8. Add the olives and mix well. Let it cook for some more time.
9. Add the boiled rice and salt.
10. Mix nicely so that all ingredients are nicely blended with the rice.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
12. Serve hot.
