Aloo Chaat is a popular North Indian street food snack made with potatoes, onions, tomatoes and spices. Popular during Holi festival, they are simple and easy to make.

Aloo Chaat
Potatoes – 3, boiled, peeled, chopped in bite sized pieces
White Chickpeas (Kondakadalai) – 1/2 cup, boiled
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup
Juice of 1 Lemon
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Oil – 1 cup
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Tomato – 1, finely chopped

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the potatoes until golden brown.
3. Remove and drain excess oil.
4. Combine all the ingredients with the potatoes and mix well.
5. Garnish with chopped onions and tomatoes on top.
6. Serve at once.
