Fish Burger is one of my favorite recipes to make when I want something quick but impressive. I love how the fresh herbs and vegetables mix with the fish to create a patty that’s packed with flavor. The combination of flaky fish, crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo makes every bite surely wonderful. It’s so much better than frozen fish patties, and you’ll be amazed at how easy it is to make.

About the Recipe

This recipe turns simple fish fillets into amazing burgers that everyone will love. The fresh parsley and spring onions add a burst of flavor, while the red chili gives it a gentle kick. It’s not your regular burger – it’s lighter, fresher, and packed with protein. Plus, you can use any fish you like, making it super flexible for different tastes and budgets.

First, it’s super easy – if you can chop vegetables and form patties, you can make this. The ingredients are simple and easy to find at any grocery store. Kids love these burgers because they’re mild and not “too fishy.” You can make the patties ahead of time, and they cook really quickly. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use frozen fish for this recipe?

Yes. Just make sure to thaw it completely and pat it dry with paper towels. Frozen fish works fine, though fresh fish will give you the best texture and flavor.

How do I keep the patties from falling apart?

The egg acts as a binder. Make sure to chop the fish finely and mix all ingredients well. Chill the patties for 15 minutes before cooking to help them hold together better.

Is this recipe kid-friendly?

Surely. You can skip the red chili if cooking for kids. The mild fish flavor and familiar burger format make it appealing to children. Let them help with assembling their own burgers.
