How to Make Aloo Methi Bhaji Recipe

Potato and Methi Bhaji
Ingredients:
Potatoes – 225 gms, boiled, skinned and cubed
Onion – 1, large, chopped
Tomato – 1, medium, finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1, deseeded, finely chopped
Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) – 1, small bunch
Green Capsicum – 1, small, cut into small pieces
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 3/4 tblsp or as required
Water – 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the onions till transparent.
3. Add the green chillies and capsicum.
4. Fry for 30 to 45 seconds.
5. Add the mustard seeds and fry till it splutters.
6. Now add the tomatoes and mix well.
7. Add the ginger garlicc paste and simmer for 45 seconds to a minute.
8. Add the fenugreek leaves, salt and water.
9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
10. Add the potatoes and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
11. Remove and transfer to a serving dish.
12. Serve hot with rice.
