Raw Peanuts – 200 gms, shelled
Dry Red Chillies – 2
Green Chilli – 1, chopped (optional)
Curry Leaves – few
Coconut – 2 tsp, grated
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – a pinch
Salt as per taste
1. Pressure cook the peanuts with salt until two whistles.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds and dry red chillies for 30 seconds.
4. Add the asafoetida powder, boiled and drained peanuts and coconut.
5. Stir well.
6. Add green chillies, curry leaves and mix.
7. Remove and serve.
