Chicken Soya Biryani Recipe

Chicken Soya Biryani

Ingredients:
Chicken Stock – 8 cups
Chicken – 500 gms, chopped, boiled
Basmati Rice – 1 kgs
Soya Balls – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Tomatoes – 6
Onions – 6
Mint Leaves – 1 bunch
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch
Ginger Garlic Paste – 100 gms
Cinnamon – 2
Bay Leaf – 2
Cloves – 2
Green Chillies – 4
Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Coriander Powder – 4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

Method:
1. Soak the soya balls in hot water for few minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pressure pan over medium flame.
3. Add cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
5. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Add curd, salt, mint leaves, coriander powder, red chilli powder, drained soya balls, chicken pieces, chicken stock and rice.
7. Cover with a pan and cook till 3 whistles.
8. Reduce flame to low and simmer for another 5 minutes.
9. Remove and mix well.
10. Serve hot.
