Cheese Payasam
Full Cream Milk – 500 ml
Paneer – 150 gms, mashed
Almonds – 10 + few for decorating
Rosewater – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 3/4 tblsp
Green Cardamoms – 2
Silver balls or silver warq
Cream – 1/4 cup

1. In a pan boil the milk with green cardamoms till it becomes thick.
2. Add the mashed paneer and cook on low flame till 1/3.
3. Crush the almonds and make it into a paste with little water.
4. Add the almond paste and sugar to the pan. Mix well.
5. Sprinkle rosewater and cool.
6. Garnish with silver balls and almonds.
7. Serve.
