Avocados – 6, ripe, halved, seeds removed
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Red Onion – 3 to 4 tblsp, chopped
Tomatoes – 2, diced
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt – 2 tsp

1. Scoop the flesh from the avocados into a bowl.
2. Add the coriander leaves and onions.
3. Mash well.
4. Add the tomatoes, lime juice and salt.
5. Mix well.
6. Use as desired.
