Ingredients:
Seedless Dates – 200 gms, finely chopped
Copra – 1/2 cup, grated
Vanilla Essence – few drops
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. In a large bowl, add the dates, copra and vanilla essence.
2. Mix well with ghee.
3. Make small balls of this mixture and keep them on a plate.
4. Serve.
