  • 600 g Large Raw Tiger Prawns (deveined, washed, and marinated in salt for 15 minutes)
  • 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 5 Large Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger (chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 60 ml Coconut Cream
  • 160 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Tamarind Water
  • 1 Spring Onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
