Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 cup, grated
Potato – 1, boiled
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Beetroot – 1/4 cup, grated
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Bread Slices – 4
Oil – 1 tblsp
Salt – as per taste
Method:
1. Apply butter on the bread slices. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Saute the onions for a minute.
4. Add the potatoes, beetroot, garam masala powder and salt.
5. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Remove from flame.
6. Place a portion of the vegetable mixture on one bread slice and sprinkle grated paneer on top.
7. Cover with one bread slice.
8. Repeat with the other 2 slices.
9. Toast the sandwiches and serve at once with ketchup.
