Egg Soup
Eggs – 2, beaten
Milk – 1 cup
Maida – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Onion – 1
Butter – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – a small bunch, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1 tsp

1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Fry the maida until golden.
3. Remove to a bowl and mix with 1 cup of water.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Saute the onions until golden.
6. Pour the maida mixed with water.
7. Add salt and pepper powder.
8. Bring to a boil.
9. Add 1/2 cup of water to milk.
10. Add the beaten eggs and milk to the pan.
11. Keep stirring regularly until the eggs are cooked and rise to the top.
12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
13. Serve hot.
