Mango and Banana Shake

Mango and Banana Shake
Mango – 2, large, ripe, skin removed, flesh chopped
Banana – 2, large, ripe, chopped
Orange Juice – 300 ml
Milk – 300 ml
Honey – 2 tblsp, clear

1. Add the mango pieces to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Add the banana, orange juice, milk and honey.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Transfer to a jug and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour or until chilled.
5. Serve at once.

Tip: You can also add ice cubes if you do not want to keep it in the fridge.
