Ingredients:
Flax Seeds – 1 cup
Kollu (Horsegram) – 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Dry roast the horsegram and transfer to a mixer jar.
2. Add the flax seeds and grind to a smooth powder.
3. Sprinkle this powder on any vegetable curries or side dish.
4. Or if desired you can serve this with cooked rice and ghee.
