Ingredients:
Strawberries – 4, hulled
Milk – 1/2 cup
Plain Yogurt – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves – few, chopped
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Pour into a serving glass.
4. Garnish with a mint leaf.
5. Serve.
Tip: You can also keep this in the fridge for an hour or two and serve chilled. Or add 1 or 2 ice cubes if desired.
