Bitter Gourd Fry

Ingredients:

    * Bitter Melon- 1/2 lb (peel & cut into thick slices)
    * Green Chilli- 1 (chopped finely)
    * Grated Ginger- 1 tablespoon
    * Lime juice- 1 tablespoon
    * Salt
    * Curry leaves- 6

Method:
Sprinkle salt over the bitter melon pieces and set aside for 15 minutes.
Then rinse it with water and dry on paper towel.
Heat oil in pan ad add ginger, green chili, bitter melon & curry leaves and fry for 15 minutes or until it is cooked.
Add salt and mix well.
Sprinkle with lime juice.
