Ingredients:
Strawberries – 1/2 cup, hulled, halved
Banana – 1, ripe, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
Blueberries – 1/4 cup
Peach – 1, ripe, peeled, chopped
Cantaloupe Melon – 1/4, ripe, cubed
Yogurt – 1 cup
Honey – 1 1/2 tblsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/3 tsp
Method:
1. Mix together the yogurt, honey and cinnamon powder.
2. Add all the fruits and keep the bowl in the fridge for an hour or more.
3. Serve.
