Ingredients:
Chicken Breast – 1, boneless, skinless, sliced into strips
Onion – 1, small, finely chopped
Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
Oil – 1 tblsp
Red Chillies – 2, sliced
Dried Shrimp Paste – 1/2 tblsp
Water – 1/8 cup
Sweet Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
2. Add the onions, red chillies, shrimp paste and garlic.
3. Saute until onions turn light brown.
4. Add the chicken strips and cook for a minute or until browned.
5. Add water and reduce flame to medium.
6. Add the sweet soy sauce, red chilli powder and salt.
7. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
8. Remove and serve with cooked rice.
