Ingredients:
- Sesame Oil – 1/4 cup
- Light Soy Sauce – 1 1/2 tblsp
- Castor Sugar – 1 tsp
- Tahini – 1 1/2 tsp, mixed with 2 tblsp cold water (optional)
Method:
- Whisk together oil, soy and sugar in a small bowl.
- Whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
- For a creamy dressing, add the tahini and mix well.
