Corn Curry

Corn Curry
Ingredients:
Sweet Corn Kernels – 2 cups, steam cooked
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Coconut Milk – 1/2 cup
Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Cream – 1 tblsp

Grind to a paste:
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
Gasa Gasa – 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 3
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch piece
Cloves – 1 to 2
Almonds – 3 to 4, peeled

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over low flame.
2. Saute the onions for a minute or two.
3. Add the ground paste and stir-fry for a minute.
4. Add the corn kernels, coconut milk and salt.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Add cream and mix well.
7. Remove and serve hot.

Instead of cob we can use american corn which r readily available.By adding coconut milk it will turn sweet.
