Ingredients:
Gram Flour – 100 gms
Coconut Flower (Thengai Poo) – 1 cup
Sugar – 500 gms
Carrot – 250 gms
Milk – 100 ml
Ghee – as required
Cashewnuts – few, fried
Method:
1. Boil the milk in a pan over low-medium flame.
2. Grind the carrot and coconut together and add to the milk.
3. Stir to mix well.
4. Add ghee, fried gram flour and sugar.
5. Mix well till it becomes thick and pour into a large flat tray.
6. Garnish with fried cashewnuts and allow it to cool.
7. Before it cools completely, cut into desired shapes.
