Ingredients:
Prawns – 1 cup, cooked, chopped
Hard-boiled Eggs – 2, chopped
Cheese – 2 tblsp, grated
Mayonnaise – 2 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Parsley – 1 tblsp
Salt
Pepper
Method:
1. Mix the prawns, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Take teaspoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into little balls.
3. Roll in the chopped parsley leaves.
4. Chill for 2 hours and serve as a snack.
