Pakhala
Ingredients:
Water – 2 cups
Rice – 1 cup, cooked (parboiled rice)
Green Chilli – 1, chopped
Salt as per taste
Cumin Powder as per taste

Method:
1. Add water to the cooked rice.
2. Mix well.
3. Cover and keep overnight.
4. Before serving, mix cumin powder and salt.
5. Add the green chillies.
6. Serve.

Tip: Lime juice and curd can also be added.
