Watermelon Punch

Watermelon Punch
Watermelon – 1, small (about 1.5 kg)
Raspberries – 300 gms (optional)
Orange – 1, sliced
Mint Leaves – 15 to 20
Ice Cubes – 20 or more as required

1. Cut the watermelon into wedges and remove the skin.
2. Cut the flesh into chunks.
3. Place in a blender with the raspberries, keep some for serving, and blend until liquified.
4. Strain the mixture through a sieve over a bowl.
5. Pour into a jug.
6. Add the orange slices, mint leaves and ice cubes.
7. Add the extra raspberries.
8. Serve immediately.
