Ingredients:
Frozen Strawberries – 150 gms
Single Cream – 100 ml
Cold Full-Cream Milk – 200 ml
Caster Sugar – 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves
Method:
1. Put the strawberries, cream, milk and caster sugar into a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.
4. Serve chilled.
