Ingredients:
Mutton Keema – 1 cup
Onion – 1, chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 to 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 to 2 tsp
Dhaniya Powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 4, chopped
Salt as per taste
Bay Leaf – 2
Cinnamon – 2
Cloves – 2
Oil
Method:
1. In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients except bay leaf and cinnamon.
2. Add 2 to 3 cups of water or as required.
3. Pressure cook for 4 whistles and keep on low flame for 10 minutes.
4. In a frying pan, add oil.
5. Add bay leaf and cinnamon.
6. Add the cooked keema and mix well.
7. Let it cook till well blended and keema becomes thick.
8. Serve hot.
