Ingredients:
Mutton – 250 gms
Salt as required
Pepper for seasoning
Lemon – 3
Oil to fry
Method:
1. Clean the mutton and squeeze off excess water.
2. Add salt, lemon juice and crushed pepper.
3. Cook with minimum water.
4. Check salt and deep fry.
5. Serve with rice and sambar.
6. Add curry leaf and red chilli for making it spicy.
