Fresh Orange Juice – 225 ml
Cooked Beetroot – 175 gms, chopped
Plain Yogurt – 5 tbsp
Salt as per taste (optional)
Chopped Beetroot for garnish
1. Put the orange juice, beetroot and yogurt into a blender and add 150 ml of water.
2. Process until smooth into a chilled jug and add salt to taste.
3. Decorate with chopped beetroot and serve.
