Ingredients:
Bananas – 2 cups, pureed
Sugar – 2 tblsp, powdered
Oil – 1 tblsp (optional)
Honey Syrup – 2 tblsp
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Whole Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Rolled Oats – 2 cups
Ground Cinnamon – 1 tblsp
Baking Soda – 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips – 1/2 cups
Method:
1. Preheat oven.
2. In a large bowl, beat together bananas, oil, honey and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, cinnamon, and baking soda and sugar powder.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring only until batter is blended.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
7. With a fork, shape the batter into large cookies.
8. Bake at 180c until medium brown.
