Buttermilk Kadi

Ingredients:
Buttermilk – 2 cups, thick and sour
Drumstick – 2
Arhar Dal – 1 tsp
Channa Dal – 1 tsp
Rice – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2 to 3
Coconut – 1 tblsp, grated
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 tsp, chopped
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Soak the dals, rice and cumin seeds for 30 minutes.
2. Grind with chilli and grated coconut smoothly.
3. Dissolve the ground masala in buttermilk along with salt.
4. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and boil the same.
5. Add the boiled vegetables to the buttermilk kadi.
6. In a tsp of oil fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
7. Add it to the buttermilk kadi.
8. Serve.
