Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds – 125 gms
Bengal Gram – 2 tbslp
Rice – 2 tblsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tblsp
Aniseed – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 250 gms
Method:
1. Roast each ingredients, except chilli powder, individually on a tawa.
2. Cool and grind.
3. Mix in the chilli powder.
4. Store in an airtight jar and use as required.
