Ingredients:
Green Peas – 2 cups, shelled
Sal to taste
Green Garlic – 2 bunches, dry roasted, chopped
Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp, roasted, ground
Dry Red Chillies – 10 gms, roasted, coarsely ground
Ginger – 2 tsp, grated, dry roast
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Green Chillies, dry roasted
Method:
1. Mix the salt with the peas.
2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Combine all the ingredients.
4. Mix well with the peas.
5. Serve cold.
