Ingredients:
Lamb steaks – 8
For the Marinade:
Onion – 1, minced
Garlic – 1 tbsp, crushed
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp, ground
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. For the marinade, mix onion, garlic, green chilli paste, poppy seed paste, garam masala and salt together.
2. Rub into the lamb steaks.
3. Marinate for 2 hours.
4. Roast in a charcoal grill/tandoor till cooked as desired.
5. Garnished with onion rings and accompanied by pickled green chillies.
6. Serve hot.
