Ingredients:
Pressed Rice (Chidwa/Poha) – 200 gms
Oil for frying
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Potatoes – 1/4 cup, julienned
Salt – 1 tblsp
Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp, crushed
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Fry the pressed rice, peanuts and potatoes separately.
3. Drain the excess oil.
4. In a big mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
5. Add the salt and black pepper, mix gently till the whole mixture is seasoned.
6. Serve hot or at room temperature.
