Chawlai ka Sag

Ingredients:
Sag – 3 cups, chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Finely Minced:
Onion – 1 large
Ginger – 1/2 piece
Green Chillies – 3
Tomato – 1 large
Oil or Ghee – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Heat oil.
2. Add minced onion, ginger and chillies.
3. Fry till onions are browned.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and continue to fry till they turn soft.
5. Add chopped sag along with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
6. Stir fry for 1 to 3 minutes.
7. When sag has cooked, add cumin powder and fry for 1 more minute.
8. Remove from fire and serve hot with chapatis.
