Ingredients:
Rice – 1 cup, boiled
Yogurt (Curd) – 2 cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – a few, finely chopped
Green chillies – 1 to 2
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 1/2 tsp, finely chopped
Coconut powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it.
2. When the mustard seeds start popping, add chana and urad dal.
3. Wait for a minute and then add in the ginger, coriander and green chillies.
4. Let them fry for a minute, then take the pan off the gas and add in the rice.
5. Now mix the salt and the coconut powder and keep aside.
6. Just before serving mix in the yogurt and mix.
