A delicious and healthy breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients:
Strawberries – 50 gms, hulled
Raspberries – 50 gms
Blackberries – 50 gms
Milk – 400 ml
Banana – 1, medium (optional)
Plain Yogurt – 50 gms
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender/mixie jar.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Pour into individual serving glasses.
4. Serve at once.
Tip: If preferred, you can add a few ice cubes at step #2.
