Ingredients:
Mint Leaves – 1 cup, chopped
Rasam Powder – 2 tsp
Toor Dal – 1/2 cup, boiled
Tamarind Extract – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2, slit
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine the tamarind extract, rasam powder, salt and green chillies in a pan over medium flame.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Mix the dal in 1 1/2 cups of water and add to the pan.
4. When it starts to boil, add the mint leaves.
5. Fry the mustard seeds and cumin seeds in ghee for 30 seconds. Add ginger and stir for another 30 seconds.
6. Add to the pan.
7. Stir well.
8. Serve hot with rice.
