Ingredients:
Spring Onions – 1 bunch, finely chopped
Onion – 1, large
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 3/4 tsp
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1/2 cup, boiled
Gram Flour – 2 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the onions, little salt and turmeric powder.
3. Saute for a minute or two.
4. Add the corn kernels, spring onions and stir well.
5. Cook for a minute more.
6. Add salt and pepper powder.
7. After 2 to 3 minutes, add the gram flour and reduce flame to low.
8. Remove after 3 minutes or when crisp and cooked.
9. Serve as a side dish to roti or naan.
