This cocktail relies on being really cold, so it should be served over ice cubes.

Ingredients:

• Vodka – 1 part
• Lemon Juice – 1/2 part
• Ice cubes – crushed
• Lemon Peel strip for garnish

Method:

1. Combine and shake the vodka and lemon juice with crushed ice until well frosted.
2. Strain into an iced cocktail glass filled with more crushed ice.
3. Garnish with lemon peel strip.
4. Serve cold.
